Abstract

Management of episodic homosexual behavior in residential settings has concerned practitioners for a number of years. Paradoxically, this important dimension of child care work has generated little in terms of guidelines or research for the preplexed professional. The reasons for this state-of-affairs are explored and guidelines for managing this complicated behavior are presented.
