Additional information

A version of the developmental model was presented to the conference of the Texas Psychological Association, San Antonio, as part of a paper on training child care workers, and to the Inservice Trainer Institute at the First National Child Care Workers Conference in Austin, Texas, both in November 1979. A more complete presentation of the model is available from David C. Thomas, Child Care Work Program, Incarnate Word College, San Antonio, Texas 78209.
