Summary

An bienzyme sensor consisting of coimmobilized glucoamylase and glucose oxidase attached to the tip of a modified oxygen electrode was applied to determine pullulan (linear range: 0.001 to 0.01 %) within 90 sec or soluble pullulanase (linear range: 0.05 to 0.7 U/ml).
