State primary standard of the unit of viscosity

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Conclusion

A set of standard viscometers covering the measurement limits from 0.004 · 10−4 to 6 · 10−2 m2sec−1 was created and investigated.

The standard deviations of the result of measuring the viscosity of liquids by means of the standard viscometers is 0.007–0.083%.
