Certification of laser refractometers used for interference measurements of length

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

A description is given of a unit built for certifying laser refractometers designed to measure the refractive index of air. A method is proposed for certifying the refractometers and results are presented pom studies and certifications of refractometers developed by the D. I. Mendeleev All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Metrology.
