Conclusions
-
1.
A stochastic method was developed for the calculation of the diffusion coefficients of an adsorbed substance taking into account the arbitrary number of states of the diffusing species.
-
2.
The method was used to calculate the diffusion coefficient of methane adsorbed by zeolite 5A. The calculation results do not contradict the experimental data.
