Molecular and crystal structure of 4,6-dimethyl-2,6-diphenyl-1-phospha-2,3-diazabicyclo[3.1.0] hex-3-ene

Conclusions

An x-ray diffraction structural analysis gave the structure of 4,6-dimethyl-2,6-diphenyl-1-phospha-2,3-diazabicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-ene (III). Short intermolecular P...P contacts of 3.483 Å are found in the crystal of this compound due to distortion of the van der Waals radius of the phosphorus atom.
