Abstract

A detailed study of the electric and magnetic properties of ceramic nickel-ferrites, Ni x Fe3−x−ΔO4 withX≧0.8 and Δ≦10−2 is presented. The physical interpretation of the results, the x-ray structural analysis and the magnetic aftereffects spectra allow us to define the substitution mechanism Ni↔Fe and explain the progressive variation of the properties in the samples with increasing concentrations of nickel.
