Price was honored at the 1988 Annual Meeting of the American Psychological Association in Atlanta, Georgia, August 14, 1988, receiving the Award for Distinguished Contributions to Community Psychology and Community Mental Health by the Community Psychology Division of the Association. This selection was made by an awards committee composed of all the past-Presidents of the Division. Dr. Price was introduced by Kenneth Heller.
