Conclusions

The IR spectra and Raman spectra of tetraacetoxysilane, methylacetoxysilanes, and their deuterosubstituted analogs were investigated.

The spectroscopic properties of the Si-C and Si-O bonds were discussed.

The dependence of the integral intensities of the IR bandsν (C=O) and the standard intensities of the Raman lines νs(Si-C) and νs(Si-O) on the number of equivalent groups in the molecules was considered.
