Conclusions

A method has been developed for synthesizing organocyclosilazanes with a given arrangement of functional groups in the ring. A number of new organosilazanes are described.

Condensation of organosilicon diamines with organochlorosilanes is accompanied by side reactions involving homocondensation of the diamines.
