Conclusions
-
1.
The fragmentation of the dialkylborylacylamidinates and dialkylborylacylaminopyridinates is similar to the fragmentation of the dialkylborylimidoylamidinates which we studied earlier, differing from the latter in breakdown of the boron-containing ring.

2.
Fragmentation with breakdown of the boron-containing ring proceeds more extensively in the dialkylboryl[2-(α-hydroxyalkyl)aminopyridinates] than in the dialkylboryl(2-acylaminopyridinate)s, compounds with delocalized π-electron systems.
