Alkylation of tetrahydrofuran with fluoroolefins

Conclusions

Tetrahydrofuran was alkylated with fluoroolefins in theα-position of the ring. A number of fluorinecontainingα-mono- and α,α′-dialkyltetrahydrofurans was synthesized.
