Conclusions
-
1.
Anisole undergoes disproportionation, isomerization, and demethylation on the zeolites NaX, NaY, LiNaY, KNaY, CaNaY, and CaNaX.
-
2.
The rate and direction of the anisole transformations of LiNaY, NaY, and CaNaY both change substantially under the influence of CO2. The CO2 effect is absent in the case of KNaY.
