Conclusions

1.
With increasing temperature of preliminary treatment of zeolites in a stream of air, their activity in the hydrogenation of 2-methyl-2-butene increases. The largest yield of isopentane is observed after the heat treatment of zeolites at 500–550°.

2.
In the case of treatment with hydrogen, the hydrogenating activity of zeolites passes through a maximum, observed at ∼275–300°.
