Phosphoric and phosphorothioic esters containing heterocyclic groups

Communication 2. Alkylation of some heterocyclic compounds by derivatives of phosphoric and phosphorous acids

  • Published:
Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, Division of chemical science Aims and scope

Summary

  1. 1.

By the action of dialkyl phosphorochloridates on the potassium salts of 4,6,6-trimethyl-6H-1,3-thiazine-2-thiol, 2-benzoxazolethiol, and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, alkylation products of these compounds were obtained in good yield.

  2. 2.

Alkylation products of the thiol are formed, again in good yield, by the action of trialkyl phosphites on the disulfides corresponding to these heterocyclic thiols.
