Abstract
Pure radionuclides are separated by countercurrent electrophoresis. These radionuclides migrate in a countercurrent of inactive isotopes of the radioactive impurities. Pure Yttrium-90 is separated (half life 63.50±0.12 hours). Medical application of this radionuclide is discussed.
