N-substituted 2-phenylpiperidines

Abstract

The reaction of 2-phenylpiperidine with ethyl chloroacetate and ethyl acrylate, resp., yields ethyl 2-phenylpiperidinoacetate and ethyl β-(2-phenylpiperidino)-propionate, respectively. These compounds and several further derivatives of them are described.

Zusammenfassung

Die Reaktion von 2-Phenylpiperidin mit Chloressigester bzw. Acrylsäureäthylester gibt 2-Phenylpiperidinoessigsäureäthylester bzw. β-(2-Phenylpiperidino)-propionsäureäthylester. Diese sowie einige Umsetzungsprodukte davon werden beschrieben.
