Conclusions
We have developed a general method for the synthesis of 2-substituted 4,5;1′,2′-glyco-Δ2-oxazolines, based on the reaction of acetylated 2-desoxy-2-acylaminoglycosyl chlorides with silver salts in the presence of collidine.
