Abstract
Expressions have been obtained for estimating changes in the composition and period of the lattice of four-component solid solutions based on AIIIBV type compounds due to increases in the concentrations of various components in the liquid phase. Selection of the components of the melt has been performed by varying their concentration; this is the most convenient method for selecting the conditions for crystallization of isoperiodic structures In P/Gax In1−xPy-AS1−y.
