Cluster statistics in statistical modeling of atomic ordering Al → Ll0

Abstract

A new approach, based on counting of ordered clusters, is used for statistical modeling of atomic ordering. This approach made it possible to analyze the regularities observed in the evolution of domain structure and phase composition in time and with a change in temperature.
