Equilibrium with respect to pair creation in a quantizing magnetic field

Abstract

The influence of quantizing magnetic fields on the production of electron-positron pairs in a hot equilibrium magnetized plasma is estimated. It is shown that with increasing strength of the external frozen magnetic field the concentration of electron-positron pairs increases.
