Luminescence of enrichment centers in yttrium-aluminum garnet crystals

Abstract

The spectrum of enrichment centers in yttrium-aluminum garnet crystals is studied. Analysis of the photoluminescence and excitation spectra together with measurements of luminescence kinetics allow establishment of the energy structure of the centers found.
