Abstract
An infinite interlocking system of equations in Green's functions is written for a binary alloy undergoing ordering. Several cases of uncoupling of this system are discussed. As an example, a solution is obtained for the equilibrium equation for the L12 superstructure, taking into account correlation functions by up to and including the fourth order.
