Diffusion potential of a p(Se)-n(CdSe) heterojunction

  • Published:
Soviet Physics Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

A study is made of the electrophysical characteristics of p(Se)-n(CdSe) heterojunctions. The energy diagram of this heterojunction is obtained. The diffusion potential is determined from the current-voltage, capacitance-voltage and probe character!sties. Some special diffusion potentials are determined.
