Parameters such as the energy gapE g , open circuit voltageV oc , short circuit current densityj sc , fill factor F.F., efficiency η, antireflection coating condition A.R. and illumination conditions of currently known photovoltaic diodes are reviewed and tabulated, followed by some critical comments.
