Method and equipment for determining the dielectric constant of polymer materials with one-sided access

  • Published:
Polymer Mechanics Aims and scope

Abstract

Measuring capacitors and equipment have been developed for determining the dielectric constant of polymer materials where access is possible only from one side of the part being examined. Methods are given for calculating the parasitic parameters of the measuring capacitor and for calculating the dielectric constant from the measurements.
