Polymer Mechanics Aims and scope

Abstract

Some properties of polymers used for the thermoplastic recording of information are discussed and experimental data on the region of non-Newtonian and Newtonian flow in a polymer are presented. A Bingham body can thus be selected as a mathematical model and can be used to offer an explanation for the variations in the informational properties of the support material during the process of recording visualization.
