Conclusions

  1. 1.

We obtained the dimethyl ester of (2-hydroxy-4-oxo-5-bromo-6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-3-pyrimidinyl)methylphosphonic acid and the di(phenylamide) of (2-hydroxy-4-oxo-6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-3-pyrimidinyl)methylphosphonic acid, and studied some of their properties.

  2. 2.

A study was made of the conditions for the methylation of (2-amino-4-oxo-6-methyl-3,4-dihydro-3-pyrimidinyl)methylphosphonic acid.
