Electrochemically generated free radicals

Communication 5. Activation energy of the current-determining process and successive chemical reactions

  • Published:
Bulletin of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, Division of chemical science Aims and scope

Conclusions

  1. 1.

A method was proposed for studying electrode processes with a subsequent chemical reaction on the basis of a measurement of the activation energy of the current-determining process.

  2. 2.

Functions were obtained permitting the extraction of quantitative information on the kinetics of the included reaction.
