Summary
This work, performed by immunofluorescence on the mouse embryo, makes use of the remarkable specificity of human pathological anti-striated and anti-smooth muscle auto-antibodies. It makes it possible, on the one hand, to date the appearance of smooth muscle Actomyosin during embryogenesis, and, on the other hand, to witness the appearance of immunological distinctions between contractile proteins of smooth and striated muscle.
