An investigation was made of the free-radical addition of low-molecular-weight alcohols to unsaturated compounds in a continuously operating laboratory apparatus working under a pressure of 10–30 atm.

1 ∶ 1 adducts of the alcohols with the unsaturated compounds were obtained in yields of 40–60%.
