Summary

A study of solubility in the system Na2SiO3-H2O2-H2O at 0 and 15° has shown that sodium metasilicate forms a number of compounds with the general formula Na2SiO3· ·xH2O2·yH2O, where x=2.5–3 and y=0−1.
