Summary

  1. 1.

    The reaction of O,O-diethyl and O,O-dibutyl S-[(Ethoxydimethylsilyl)methyl] phosphorodithioaies with triethylsilanol proceeds with replacement of the silicon-attached ethoxy group by the triethylsiloxy group.

  2. 2.

    0,0-Diethyl and 0,0-dibutyl S-[(3,3,3-triethyl-1,1-dimethyldisiloxanylmethyl] phosphorodithioates were prepared and characterized for the first time.
