Summary
Experimental data demonstrate the possibility of detection of acetylcholine with the aid of mitogenetic spectral analysis in the frog's muscle in vivo.
The spectrum of acetylcholine may be easily revealed during the stimulation of the gastrocnemius. There are no characteristics spectral lines when the muscle is at rest.
