Conclusions

The Frenkel-Gubanov formula gives useful semiempirical relations if the 0. 84 is replaced by the Eötvös coefficient multiplied by 2/3.

A new relation of latent heat of evaporation to difference of specific heats is derived, which may prove of value in deriving the latter.
