Effect of roll diameter on the energy and force parameters of metal powder rolling

Conclusions

Increasing the roll diameter in the rolling of metal powders brings about increases in the rolling force and torque. The expressions derived for converting the energy and force parameters of metal powder rolling between rolls of various diameters give satisfactory agreement with experimental data.
