Use of refractory carbides in resistors

  • Published:
Soviet Powder Metallurgy and Metal Ceramics Aims and scope

Conclusions

  1. 1.

The main requirements which volume resistors must fulfill are formulated.

  2. 2.

It is demonstrated that the parameters of such resistors can be improved by employing certain simple and complex carbides of refractory metals as their current-conducting phases.
