Summary
As a myelin stain for the cultured brain tissue, a slightly modified Heidenhain's iron haematoxylin stain was found the simplest and the most satisfactory.

Für die Markscheidenfärbung von Hirngewebskulturen erwies sich eine gering modifizierte Heidenhainsche Eisenhämatoxylinfärbung als einfachste und beste Methode.
