Zusammenfassung

Verfasser beschreibt eine Modifikation der Goldsublimat-MethodeCajals zur Astrocytendarstellung am Paraffinschnitt. Die Schnitte werden mit Brom- und Fluorwasserstoff vorbehandelt und in stark verdünnter Goldsublimatlösung imprägniert. Astrocyten und ihre Ausläufer werden gewöhnlich gut dargestellt.

Summary

A modification ofCajal's goldsublimate-impregnation of astroglia on paraffin sections is described. The sections are pretreated with hydrobromic and hydrofluoric acid and are finally impregnated in a very diluted solution of goldsublimate. Mostly astrocytes and their processes clearly come forward.
