Zusammenfassung
Es handelt sich um einen Fall von Überempfindliehkeit gegen Phenolphthalein, der zuerst nicht richtig erkannt wurde, weil man in der Anamnese nicht beachtet hatte, daß die Kranke ein Laxans eingenommen hatte. Da in Abführmitteln häufig diese Substanz enthalten ist und Abführmittel von vielen Menschen genommen werden, ist es möglich, daß ähnliche Krankheitsbilder öfter vorkommen, ohne daß man ihre richtige Ursache erkennt.
