Die spektrophotometrische Mikrobestimmung des Quecksilbers in Organen und im Blut

Zusammenfassung

Es wurde eine Mikromethode zur Quecksilberbestimmung in den Organen und im Blut nach der Mineralisation mit Schwefelsäure, Salpetersäure und Kaliumpermanganat beschrieben. Die Quecksilber-bestimmung beruht auf der Bildung des Quecksilberdithizonat und seiner spektrophotometrischen Bestimmung. Das Quecksilber extrahiert man direkt aus dem Mineralisat nach einem Ausschütteln der Lösung. Zur Garantie der Spezifität der Methode benutzt man das Dinatriumsalz der Äthylendiamintetraessigsäure. Mit der angeführten Methode kann man bis 0,2μg Hg in 1 g des Blutes oder der Organe (2 · 10−7 g Hg) bestimmen.
