Die Veränderung der Serumeiweißfraktionen auf die Verabreichung großer Pyramidongaben

Zusammenfassung

Verfasser haben fünf Chinchilla-Kaninchen sechs Tage hindurch täglich dreimal 0,1 g/kg Pyramidon subcutan injiziert. Die Serumeiweißfraktionen wurden vor Beginn und nach Absetzen der Behandlung papierelektrophoretisch untersucht. Es zeigt sich, daß die Serum-Albumin- undγ-Globulinfraktion herabgesetzt und das α-Globulin vermehrt ist. Diese Ergebnisse bekräftigten die früheren Befunde der Verfasser, wonach große Pyramidongaben schwere renale Schädigungen hervorrufen.
