Zusammenfassung
Ein Vergleich von vier Barbituratisolierungsverfahren im Falle einer akut tödlichen Cyclobarbitalvergiftung ergibt eine Überlegenheit der Dresslerschen Methode bezüglich der Reinheit des erhaltenen Barbiturats. Dialyse und Verdauung werden bei anschließender photometrischer Bestimmung empfohlen. Die gefundene niedrige Leberkonzentration wird auf postmortale Abbauvorgänge zurückgeführt.
