Tödliche suicidale Vergiftung mit Chloroquine

Zusammenfassung

Chloroquine (Resochin, Nvaquine), das neben seiner Verwendung als Malariamittel noch bei verschiedenen anderen Krankheiten therapeutisch verordnet wird, kann bei Mi\brauch zum Tode führen. Nach einem Hinweis auf die bisher bekannt gewordenen, akut tödlichen Vergiftungen wird über ein Suicid mit Chloroquine berichtet. Bei der chemisch-toxikologischen Analyse der Körperflüssigkeiten lie\ sich Chloroquine mittels der Dünnschichtchromatographie, der UV- und der IR-Spektrophotometrie eindeutig nachweisen.
