Der Nachweis von Antihistaminkörpern in faulenden Organteilen

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine tödlich verlaufene Antihistaminvergiftung eines 2jährigen Knaben berichtet. Wegen der klinisch und anatomisch unspezifischen Befunde wird der Nachweis des Antihistaminkörpers trotz beginnender Fäulnis nach chemischer Aufarbeitung von Leber, Milz und Niere auf pharmakologischem Wege erbracht.
