Über die Nachweisbarkeit von Trapanal (=Pentothal) im Harn

Zusammenfassung

Für den Nachweis der Pentothal-Carboxylsäure, des Ausscheidungsproduktes von Pentothal bzw. Trapanal im Harn, eignet sich die angegebene papierchromatographische Methode, die im Gegensatz zu der vonBrodie verwendeten spektrophotometrischen Messung spezifisch ist und eine Unterscheidung zwischen Trapanal (= Pentothal) und dem Ausscheidungsprodukt zuläßt. Auf die zunehmende Bedeutung der Thiobarbiturate in Klinik und Toxikologie wird hingewiesen.
