Transformations of alkaloids of the quinazolin-4-one group in the animal organism

Summary

It has been found by chromato-mass spectrometry that the main product of the transformation of deoxy-vasicinone excreted with rat urine in the unbound form is vasicinone. Vasicinone used as a drug is excreted predominantly in the unchanged form.
