Summary
From the combined phospholipids of the seeds ofDipthychocarpus strictus (Fisch.) Trautv. the less polar phospholipid with R f 0.9 has been isolated, and on the basis of spectra and chemical information it has been identified as N-acylphosphatidylethanolamine. The total fatty-acid composition and also the O- and N-acyls have been determined. From the combined phospholipids of the seeds ofCrambe schugnana Korsh. three minor phospholipids have been isolated: N-acylphosphatidylethanolamine, lysophosphatidylcholine, and phosphatidylserine.
