Method of partial paraxial beams in describing the scattering cross section of electrons by a potential scattering center

Abstract

A semiclassical method of calculating the differential scattering cross section of electrons of a weak-current beam by a potential center is proposed, which takes into account the effect of the space charge of the beam on the scattering.
